Work Experience

Jay served in the U.S. Military from 1991 to 2003, working and training with elite forces such as the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions, Army Rangers, Special Forces, and joint task forces worldwide. As a 13F Combat Observation Lazing Team Chief (COLT) with the call sign "Stryker One," Jay earned the nickname "Striker."

After completing his military service, Striker pursued his passion for helping others by embarking on a six-year law enforcement career with the DeKalb County, GA, and Pine Lake Police Departments. Today, he continues to support his former professions through his initiative, "Striker Nation Outdoors."

This outreach program, "Fishing with HEROS, LEOs, and VETs," allows Striker to take first responders, heroes, and veterans fishing, fostering fellowship and camaraderie among these remarkable individuals.
