Beliefs | By the Numbers | Capabilities | Partners | Leadership
Everything we do is built with purpose.
We believe that human dignity is at the center of a beloved home.
We craft timeless architecture through order, symmetry, and rhythm.
We see the street as an opportunity, not the enemy.
We prioritize the materials that our residents touch and feel.
We use careful building metrics to maximize efficiency.
We connect interior and exterior rooms though landscaping.
We extend resident homes through socially connected amenities.
MASTER CRAFTSMAN
Each of the StreetLights team members is an expert in their field. We encourage embracing innovation to maximize our value to the team.
CREATIVE SPIRIT
Since there are many ways to solve a problem, we ask our team members to stay open minded and creatively problem solve to generate solutions.
RESPONSIBLE STEWARDS
Team members are responsible for the care of the communities in which we build, our partners, our residents and each other.
StreetLights Residential has brought expertise in-house to increase collaboration and quality. Through speeding up the development timeline, we lower risk, creating wins for our debt and equity partners.
Being a design-centric developer is part of StreetLights’ core ethos and has been a through line of every project. The team has designed 38 projects as design architect and 14 projects as architect of record.
In-house design allows StreetLights to provide higher attention to detail, give realtime feedback and improve budget accuracy.
The StreetLights construction team keeps the development timelines on track while ensuring the quality of every project. As general contractor, construction manages the subcontractors from on site offices.
StreetLights’ fabrication arm, Dovetail, builds cabinets, enabling the company to have more control over the design and to minimize delays.
StreetLights plans amenity spaces around the property programming and story. They design each property to fit the neighborhood in which they sit, specifying finishes and detailing, selecting FF&E, and providing construction administration.
The team procures the amenity and model unit FF&E and manages the installation.
StreetLights brands each project with a unique name, encapsulating the personality of the architecture and interiors through the property’s marketing.
The team creates brand elements and implements them into the marketing collateral, which include digital, print, and signage applications.
Trusted by our equity partners.
