Philip P. Strazzulla is one of the established members of the CBC Paradise Realtor's team in the Fort Pierce Office. Mr. Strazzulla is a third-generation Treasure Coast resident, who attended local Schools and resides in Vero Beach. The Strazzulla Family has been in the Agri-business, Real Estate Management and Development and Citrus industries since 1948.

Mr. Strazzulla has always been a steward of the land. After attending the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University with degrees in Business and Finance, Mr. Strazzulla has over twenty nine years of combined Land Development, Project Management, Community Development and Commercial Real Estate Experience within various private, agri-business and municipal real estate endeavors,. He will assist in any property search, site information and documentation requirements in finding the appropriate real estate investment. He was a Citrus Grower and Rancher for over 7,600 acres right out of college. Mr. Strazzulla assisted with His family in the development of company owned lands, including Commercial Shopping Centers, Golf and Countrv Clubs. Residential Communities. and olanned Municioal Communitv Districts.
