In the Goshen Area
Elkhart County and Goshen is The Center of It All! for tourism in Northern Indiana. Whether it is visitors to the historic downtown and the quaint shops lining Main Street, to the Old Bag Factory or the Elkhart County 4-H Fair, there are many reasons why tourism is BIG business in Goshen. The Goshen Chamber welcomes thousands of visitors to its website and offices every year. We produce a tourism brochure that is distributed at rest stops, restaurants and hotels along the toll road and at various locations throughout Indiana. The Chamber has a resource center to display regional tourism information in its lobby visitor’s center. The Goshen Chamber works closely with the Elkhart County Convention and Visitors Bureau. The Goshen Chamber initiated the RV’ers Rally Savings Card that is given to RV groups utilizing the Elkhart County Fair Grounds. Chamber member businesses sign up to participate in the RV’ers Rally Savings Card by offering discounts or other special incentives. Several thousand people utilize the campgrounds at the fair grounds each year, pumping millions of dollars into the local economy each year. The Goshen Chamber of Commerce website includes a community events calendar.
