How is a Growth Coach different from a consultant or trainer?

Unlike consulting or training, you’ll coach your clients on an ongoing basis and develop long term relationships. Instead of telling owners what to do and how to do it, as a Coach you’ll empower them to resolve their own challenges and seize more opportunities. You’ll focus on three critical components: helping to improve the owner, their business and their personal life. Best of all, you’ll coach clients in your community and won’t have to travel.

What type of coaching or business experience do I need?

No formal coaching or business ownership experience is necessary, although at least five years of sales, marketing, management or professional services experience would be beneficial. Because we have a proven coaching process for all situations, you’ll learn everything you need to know during our extensive training program All you need is a passion to help others, the desire to succeed and a willingness to follow a proven system.

Do CPAs and attorneys offer this type of service?

No. CPAs and attorneys provide accounting, legal and tax advice and are not trained business coaches.
