Our stand against the tidal wave of generic-ness.
Hello.
We’re Infinity Properties, a family-owned, Denver-based developer of distinctive homes and places. We’ve been building in and around Denver for over 30 years, growing carefully, garnering awards and thoughtfully evolving our craft to the point where we are today: well established, well recognized and inspired by a set of core principles that we call Design IQ.
We work with a wide variety of people, of all ages and walks of life, who have certain traits in common. They (and we suspect you’re one of them or you wouldn’t still be reading this) tend to be bright, successful, busy, particular (in a good way) and style-conscious.
We answer to you.
Our customer and our neighbor, not a bunch of stockholders who are only interested in the bottom line. That’s how we stay true to our original, humble mission — which is (and we’re paraphrasing here) to build the coolest stuff in the universe. What we have found is that if we do what we love, and what our customers love, the bottom line pretty much takes care of itself.
What possession is more personal, more deeply an expression of individual taste and identity, than home?
It’s difficult to think of one. So, we do things a little differently here, with a little more thought at every step, to make sure that your homebuying experience is the best it can be. Our process is designed to respect your time, your investment and your intelligence.
We invest a lot of thought at the planning stage.
The idea is to give you a wide range of options to the basic home design you select, all of them pre-planned and pre-priced. This is how we create a homebuying experience that is both wonderfully personal and surprisingly enjoyable.
We give you more choices.
But not a paralyzing number of choices. It’s just enough that you’re not wishing you had more. We don’t dictate Package 1, 2 or 3. Because we don’t have Package 1, 2 or 3. For that matter, we don’t even restrict you to a particular list of cabinet makers or appliance brands or interior finishes. You get to be intimately involved in the selection process of your home. It is, after all, your home.
At the same time, we simplify the process.
We make the act of choosing easier by breaking down the selection process into a series of small, manageable steps over time. It’s just common sense, which apparently is not all that common.
One thing we know for sure is that we don’t know everything.
Products and technologies change. Behavioral patterns change. In making selections for your home, you will meet with specialists who are really good at what they do. Appliance specialists, kitchen designers, electrical and audio/visual geeks, flooring experts … they help us (and you) make your home better.
