OUTREACH BCM DRIVE WRAPS UP THIS WEEK

HABITAT 2019 PROJECT KICK OFF DINNER

St. Anne’s Guild, as volunteer ambassadors for BCM, is asking for your continued monetary support during our February drive, which concludes in the next few days. Your contributions of $20 or more will enable BCM to efficiently stock the new pantry, often through partnerships with local farmers’ markets. We have made a solid start to the drive but need t close out strong! BCM clients will very soon have the ability to budget for, shop for, and even pay for their own chosen groceries, greatly reducing food waste, promoting more healthy diets, and furthering BCM’s goal of promoting human dignity and independence. As a parish, let’s raise $10,000 in February. Consider a generous donation to sustain BCM’s innovative concept and expand its vision of a community free of hunger and homelessness! Please make your checks payable to the Cathedral of St. Philip, with “BCM Drive” on the note line. You may also make your contribution online at cathedralATL.org. Look for thankful St. Anne’s members in the Atrium every Sunday in February to collect your contributions. Contact Sarah Murphy, sarahmurphy3707@gmail.com, for more information.

Join our Habitat kick off dinner Sunday, March 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Gould Room to meet our build partners and our new homeowner. Our next Habitat home will be built on Saturdays from April 6 through June 8 (skipping Easter and Memorial Day weekends). We welcome past builders and new builders. If you have never built, come be part of this exciting ministry. No skills required, just your enthusiasm. We will give you the tools and training that you need to make a contribution. You can sign up beginning February 24 in the Atrium for the dinner, to build, or to join our lunch team. Contact John Champion, 404 3070817 or jchampion@bellsouth.net for additional information. An online sign-up will be announced as we get closer to our start date.
