Reception

This week in Reception we have been learning all about King Charles’ coronation.

We have looked at the Royal family and castles, made our own crowns and bunting as well as drawing portraits of the king.

Finally on Friday we celebrated with a picnic lunch and a party with royal fun and games.

On top of all that we have been busy preparing our assembly ready for next week.

Outside we have been keeping an eye on the progress of our resident tadpoles, planting flowers and vegetables and have welcomed the arrival of some new fuzzy caterpillars that are doubling in size each day!

Phew – what a busy week!
