The Mission of St. Peter Catholic Career & Technical High School is to Empower students to be models of faith through Catholic spiritual formation while providing a creative and comprehensive education in career and technical pathways.

St. Peter Catholic is Texas’ first private, Catholic, co-educational Career and Technical High School, and only the second one of its kind in the United States. The school is located on a 10 acre campus in the third ward just east of the Texas Medical Center and just south of both Texas Southern University, the University of Houston. We are proud to serve students and families in the Houston area.

The Academic Career & Technical Pathways were chosen in alignment with current and projected job growth in Texas, as well as to equip students with leverageable skills that will lead to employability within multiple industries. There are multiple phases of the school’s academic programming, and additional pathways will be added in the future.

The school is in a totally renovated 17 thousand square foot facility that houses 20 stateof-the-art classrooms, labs, learning centers and collaboration rooms. Our curriculum and classroom structure helps students learn collaboration, listening, problem solving, and important leadership skills that set them up for a secure future. Through our curriculum, St Peter Catholic Career & Technical High School students build their
confidence, learn to trust in their knowledge and discover the building blocks for success. In addition to academic growth, we are working with the students to assist them in gaining interpersonal skills necessary in the workspace including: good communication

St. Peter Catholic serves those seeking a Catholic secondary education as well as those looking for an alternative to public high school, or private college preparatory high schools. We offer students pathways to success in the classroom and beyond.
As Christ called Peter – the rock upon which He built His church, we lay a foundation for student achievement that develops academic enrichment, technical knowledge and a dedication to using their God given gifts to help others.
All grade levels of St. Peter Catholic students take core curriculum classes which are all taught at St. Peter Catholic:

Theology History
Science
Computer Science
At the end of their 9th grade year, students will choose an Academic Career & Technical Pathway in either Business, Construction, Education, Health Sciences, or Information Technology.
Academic Career & Technical Pathway courses are taught both at St. Peter Catholic through a mix of in-person and online instruction, and in

conjunction with our partnership with Houston City College, at several of their campus locations for additional coursework and hands-on skilled training and instruction.
94% – 94% of students concentrating in Career & Technical Education (CTE) graduated high school with a 9% higher than the overall U.S. graduation rates.
$10,000 – Individuals with associate degrees in Career & Technical Education (CTE) fields can earn up to $10,000 more per year than those with associate degrees in other fields

Applications for the 2026 - 2027 School Year Available Online
Students and families can begin the application process by creating an account in FACTS and submitting the required information.

September 16th - November 6th School Visits
St. Peter Catholic will arrange student visits with schools to either visit the St. Peter campus, or representatives from St. Peter Catholic will visit schools.
November 15, 2025
Open House at St. Peter Catholic
Students and families are welcome to attend the Open House from 12:00PM - 4:00PM and tour the school, meet current students, families, and Board Members.
January 15, 2026
Admissions Application Deadline
The online admissions application in FACTS must be submitted by the end of the day on January 15, 2026.
January 30th - February 13th, 2026
Re-Enrollment for Current Families
Current students and families will complete their online re-enrollment for the 2026 - 2027 school year during this time. Financial Aid Applications for current families must be completed by Friday, February 13, 2026.
January 31, 2026
Financial Aid Application, Transcripts, First Semester Grades, and Teacher Recommendation Forms Due
Each student must submit their financial aid application, middle school transcripts, their 2025 - 2026 First Semester Grades, and their Teacher Recommendation Forms by the end of January 31, 2026.
March 6, 2026
Admissions Decision Release Date
Decisions are emailed out to students and families who completed applications. The emails are sent at 4:00PM on this date and will include Financial Aid award amounts
March 21, 2026
Re-Visit Day for Accepted Students
Students who received an acceptance email on March 6th can attend this event with their families.
March 25, 2026
Admissions Common Reply Date
This is the deadline date to accept an enrollment offer from St. Peter Catholic for the 2026 - 2027 School Year.
May 6, 2026
New Student and Families Welcome Event
New students and families with completed Enrollment packets are invited to attend this welcome event to get information for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Tours can either be with your school and/or Individual tours for students and families are also available by appointment. Attend Open House on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 with your family.

Admissions Decisions and Financial Aid Award decisions are sent via email the afternoon of March 6, 2026.
If a student chooses to accept an Admissions offer from St. Peter Catholic, they must complete their Enrollment Packet by the Common Reply Date deadline of March 25, 2026.
Tuition for the 2026 - 2027 school year is $15,000 per student. Tuition can be paid:
Monthly - over 10 months
By Semester - 2 semesters
Or Annually - 1 payment in full
Tuition payments begin in July 2026 for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
When the Admissions Decisions are sent, the school will notify families of their tuition for the year.
For the 2025 - 2026 school year - 95% of students are receiving Financial Aid
On average 86% of the cost of tuition (about $13,000) is covered for each student through our Financial Aid program
To apply for Financial Aid:
An Admissions Application needs to be submitted first Then families are sent the information to submit their Financial Aid Application
Financial Aid decisions are sent with the Admissions decisions on March 6, 2026.
