GENERAL INFO

We’re excited to welcome students from inside and outside the St. Paul’s community to a fun-filled summer! We hope you will join us for City Camp, Specialty Camps, or a mix of both!

CITY CAMP

City Camp runs daily from 9:00 a.m. –4:00 p.m. with options to attend full day or half day sessions (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 –4:00 p.m.). Families may choose the schedule that works best for them—from one day a week up to five days a week.

Please note: Afternoon naps are provided for Preschool–Pre-K campers enrolled in PM City Camp, ensuring a restful break during their busy camp day.

SPECIALTY CAMPS

Specialty Camps run weekly, Monday–Friday, with session options from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 1:00 –4:00 p.m. These camps are designed for children preschool through 8th grade, giving campers the chance to explore their interests through hands-on activities like creating, cooking, crafting, tinkering, and more.

Please note: Specialty Camps are not offered for Preschool or Pre-K students in the afternoon. We encourage younger children to enroll in City Camp in the afternoon, where they can enjoy a fun-filled day along with a much-needed afternoon nap!

EARLY ROOM AND EXTENDED DAY CARE

Campers may arrive as early as 7:45 a.m. at no additional cost. Extended Day care is available from 4:00–5:30 p.m. (grace period until 6 p.m.) for $15 per day or $75/week.

LUNCH

Lunch is served daily at noon and is included in the camp fee for campers signed up for the full day. Half-day campers can purchase a lunch for $7.00. Lunch sign-up will be at the drop-off table daily. Pick-up is 12:45 p.m. for half-day campers joining us for lunch. We will send out a lunch menu every Friday before the next week of camp. Half-day campers can bring their own lunch, but the fee is still required.

WHAT TO BRING

Each child must bring a labeled water bottle and sunscreen every day. Please label any extra materials needed for specialty camps (examples: American Girl Doll, jacket, etc.)

We encourage students to wear clothes and shoes that allow for active play (flip-flops are discouraged).

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Drop-off is directly in front of the main entrance (Main Street). Parents will need to walk their student to the sign in table where a staff member or volunteer will get the student checked in. Parents are welcome to walk their camper into the school. Pick up is at the same location.

Drop-Off Timing:

• AM Camps - drop-off anytime between 7:45 a.m. - 9 a.m.; pick-up at noon (12:45 p.m. if camper is staying for lunch)

• PM Camps - drop-off anytime between 12:45 p.m. - 1 p.m.; pick-up at 4 p.m. Extended Day available from 4-5:30 p.m.

FIELD TRIPS

Many of our camps will take field trips throughout the summer! Most field trip fees are included in the camp fee. Transportation is provided for all field trips.

SAFETY & SECURITY

All staff are CPR/First Aid trained. In addition, they attend Safeguarding God’s Children and St. Paul’s Summer in the City training to provide a safe and quality camp experience for all students.

A full-time security guard will be on duty throughout the summer (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.). Additionally, all external doors are locked at all times.

DROP-IN CARE AVAILABLE

Our flexible care meets all families’ needs. Our City Camp program is the most flexible with drop-in care available for full or half day. Contact Leslie Englund at lenglund@speds.org or 816.268.6536 (desk) with any scheduling questions.

CLOSED JUNE 29 - JULY 3

We will be closed the week of June 29 - July 3 for the Fourth of July!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We work hard to plan, staff, and prepare a fun and high-quality summer camp experience for all campers. Because our planning and staffing commitments begin well before camp starts, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations received on or before May 15, 2026 - A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations received after May 15, 2026 - A 50% refund of camp tuition will be issued.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after camp begins or for missed days.

• If a class must be canceled due to low enrollment, families will be notified at least two weeks before camp begins, and a full refund will be issued.

PRESCHOOL (AGE 3) THROUGH 5TH GRADE

City Camp is a flexible, theme-based option designed to fit your family’s schedule. Activities follow weekly themes (listed below) and are adjusted to suit campers of various ages.

City Camp Hours (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

• Free Early Care: Available beginning at 7:45 a.m.

• Extended Day: 4–5:30 p.m. Cost: $15/day or $75/ week

Flexible Scheduling Options

• Choose full day or half day (Morning: 9 a.m.–12 p.m. / Afternoon: 1–4 p.m.)

• Attend one to five days per week—select the days that work best for your family

Flexible Days starting at $47.80 per half day and $95.60 per full day.

Week

1 -Color Splash (June 1-5)

Get ready to get messy and creative! Campers will explore color, texture, and self-expression through hands-on art and playful experimentation.

Example activities may include:

• Tie-dye and drip painting

• Color-mixing science experiments

• Outdoor chalk murals

• Mixed-media and recycled art projects

Week 2 -Wacky Scientists

(June 8-12)

Put on your lab coat and goggles! Campers will dive into exciting experiments and STEM challenges that spark curiosity and laughter. Example activities may include:

• Slime-making and bubbling reactions

• Simple physics and engineering builds

• Sink-or-float challenges

• DIY inventions and discovery stations

Week 3 -Adventure Island

(June 15-19)

Ahoy, adventurers! Campers will take on exciting challenges and teamworkbased games inspired by island exploration.

Example activities may include:

• Treasure hunts and map-making

• Obstacle courses and relay races

• Team-building challenges

• Island-themed crafts and storytelling

Week 4 -Red, White, and Blue (June 22-26)

Celebrate summer the patriotic way with classic games, festive crafts, and outdoor fun.

Example activities may include:

• Red, white, and blue art projects

• Water games and field day challenges

• Parade-style games and music

• Cooperative group games and picnics

Week 5 -Superhero Academy (July 6-10)

Calling all heroes! Campers will train their superpowers and complete heroic missions while learning about kindness and teamwork.

Example activities may include:

• Designing superhero capes and masks

• Superpower obstacle courses

• Mission-based teamwork games

• Creating superhero stories and comics

Week 6 - Space Explorers (July 13-17)

Blast off into fun as campers journey through space with imagination and hands-on discovery.

Example activities may include:

• Rocket-building challenges

• Planet and galaxy crafts

• Astronaut training games

• Space-themed science experiments

Week 7 - Animation Station (July 20-24)

Lights, camera, creativity! Campers will explore animation and visual storytelling inspired by the imaginative worlds of Disney, Pixar, and anime.

Example activities may include:

• Designing original characters and expressive art styles

• Creating flipbooks and simple stop-motion animations

• Storyboarding scenes and building visual narratives

• Exploring movement, emotion, and sound in animation

Week 8 - Camp Carnival (July 27-31)

Step right up for a week of carnival fun! Campers will help create and enjoy a classic carnival experience.

Example activities may include:

• Designing and playing carnival games

• Face painting and costume fun

• Friendly competitions and prizes

• Building booths and hosting a mini carnival

SPECIALTY CAMPS

Our specialty camps offer children from age 3 through 8th grade opportunities to explore their interests, create, cook, craft, tinker, and more. Specialty Camps are weekly, MondayFriday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4 p.m. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before camp.

PRICING*:

Half Day of Specialty Camp: $239 per week

Full Day of Specialty Camp: $478 per week

* Field Trip camps will have varied pricing.

LUNCH:

Offered daily, and included in fee for full day campers. Half day campers can purchase lunch for $7.00 with pick-up at 12:45 p.m.

Feelings, Friendship, and Fun

Grade: Preschool - PreK | Teacher: Ms. Lane

Foster your child’s social emotional learning with a week of activities that promote emotional awareness and management, self-regulation, and relationship building. All children who attend this camp must be potty trained.

Food, Fitness, Fun!

Grade: PreK - 1st | Teacher: Ms. Fisher

Feed your body and mind! Join Ms. Fisher as we create obstacle courses, do aerobics, yoga and games. After all the fun, each day we will make a healthy snack to enjoy with our friends.

The Breakfast Club

Grade: K - 2nd | Teacher: Ms. Panzino

From yogurt parfaits to pancake perfection, this camp encourages independence as children practice spreading, scooping, and assembling their own nutritious foods.

DIY Squishy Camp

Grade: K - 5th |

There’s a whole new world of Squishies to explore! We will use a varity of different materials to create crazy and crafty squishies that are fun for all ages!

Pokémania

Grade: 1st - 5th | Led by Snapology

Your child will dive into a LEGO® brick powered adventure where they build custom Pokémon gyms, design their own Pokémon, and create exciting battle scenes. They’ll also explore realworld science through habitats and traits—all while growing teamwork, confidence, and problem-solving skills. It’s the perfect blend of learning and Pokémon fun… where we don’t just catch ’em all—we build ’em!

Minecraft

Grade: 1st - 5th | Teacher: Mr. Drake

Calling all crafters! Campers will bring Minecraft to real life, building objects from your favorite game to life in a new way! Build a torch lamp to brighten up your room, design the farm or fortress of your dreams, let your imagination go wild in this fun STEAM camp!

Streetcar

Tour

Grade: 3rd- 6th | Teacher: Ms. Beilharz

Campers will ride the KC Streetcar as we travel to some of Kansas City’s most iconic spots, including the Toy and Miniature Museum, River Market, the Downtown Library, Union Station, and Crown Center. Along the way, campers will learn about the city, explore new places, and enjoy hands-on experiences at each stop!

Game On

Bring your game face and join the fun with Ms. Fisher. We will play our favorite games and create our very own board games too! One thing is for sure; this camp will be a blast.

Secret Agent Lab

Grade: K - 5th | Led by Mad Science

Step into the shoes of a detective—uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis. Become a super sleuth and learn clever ways of performing tasks in this hands-on view of the science that spies use. From decoding messages to metal detectors and night vision, campers will have the opportunity to check out spy equipment, and discover the technological tools of detection!

DIY Squishy Camp

There’s a whole new world of Squishies to explore! We will use a varity of different materials to create crazy and crafty squishies that are fun for all ages!

Dungeons & Dragons

Grade: 1st - 8th | Teacher: Mr. Drake

Enter the world of tabletop roleplaying games with the oldest and most popular tabletop role playing game. Discover lost treasures, explore ancient ruins, and battle terrifying foes all from the comfort of the classroom and the safety of pencil, paper, and dice!

Nature Keepers

Grade: 2nd - 4th | Teacher: Ms. Cassie

Explore the wonders of the natural world! Campers will learn about plants, animals, and ecosystems through stories, outdoor observation, and creative nature-inspired art.

Tiny Tastemakers

Grade: Preschool-PreK | Teacher: Ms. Panzino

Young chefs explore the kitchen through color, texture, and taste! Children will wash, mix,tear, and taste fruits and veggies while learning kitchen basics in a playful, handsonenvironment. Each day will include simple recipes, movement breaks, food stories, andlots of opportunities to build confidence and curiosity around food. Perfect for firsttime cooks!

Snapology: Snap Jr.

Grade: Preschool - K | Teacher: Snapology

Snap Jr. is a hands-on class where young builders go on big adventures—building animals, dinosaurs, and habitats from around the world using DUPLO® and LEGO® bricks! With stories, songs, art, games, and tons of creative building, children play, explore, and learn while growing early math, literacy, and social skills through play.

Piggy and Gerald

Grade: PreK - 1st | Teacher: Ms. Fisher

Have fun with Ms. Fisher as we read our favorite Piggy and Gerald books, journal about our favorite characters, and create piggy and Gerald crafts. Piggy and Gerald would be proud.

Pirates and Mermaids

Come all sea lovers, and join Ms. Lane on an epic pirate adventure! Spend the week playing games and making crafts, and hunting treasure just like mermaids and pirates.

Little Legends Camp

Calling all Super Kids! Come dive into a world of imagination, teamwork, and confidencebuilding fun! Young superheroes-in-training will design their very own power capes, create bold secret identity masks, and zoom through our kid-friendly feats-of-strength obstacle course.

Harry Potter

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Kansas City. You will study topics including fantastic beasts, potions, Hogwarts USA history, and dueling.

If You Give a Mouse a Cookie

Inspired by the classic story, campers will enjoy playful cause-and-effect fun through crafts, games, storytelling, and hands-on activities—all sparked by one little cookie!

Girls Only Stayover

Everything we do at camp is designed to motviate and encoure our grils to be their best self! Pajams, pillowes and good times encouraged but NO BOYS ALLOWED!

KC Stadium Tours

Get ready for an action-packed week in Kansas City, where passion for sports runs deep. Whether you’re a baseball fan, a football fanatic, or a soccer supporter, there’s something for everyone. From the iconic Royals Stadium to the electric Arrowhead, this is the perfect itinerary for the ultimate fan!

Pirates and Mermaids

Come all sea lovers, and join Ms. Lane on an epic pirate adventure! Spend the week playing games and making crafts inspired by mermaids and pirates. We will even partake in our own SITC treasure hunt!

Art Around the World

Grade: 2nd - 4th | Teacher: Ms. Cassie

Travel the globe through art! Campers will learn about famous artists and artistic styles from different cultures while creating their own drawings and paintings inspired by what they learn.

KC Survivor Camp

Grade: 1st - 4th |Teacher: Mr. Drake

Learn kid-friendly survival tips, make survival themed crafts, and conduct science experiments to better survive in the wilderness. At the end of the week we will put our survival skill to the test in a survival-themed scavenger hunt at KC’s Swope Park!

Cooks & Books

Grade: 1st - 4th |Teacher: Ms. Harper

Each Day we will read a new story to inspire our cooking theme for the day. Tacos, cake pops, and homemade pasta are few things that have graced our menu and storytime in years past. What will we eat this year??

CheckMate Chess Camp

Grade: 1st - 8th | Led by KC Chess Club

The Kansas City Chess Club certified staff will show beginners through advanced students how to improve their game. Daily activities will include casual play, chess lessons,traning exercises and much more. Each student will recive a chess workbook and chess medal. All levels are welcome!

St. Paul’s Car Derby Camp

Grade: 3rd - 8th | Teacher: Mr. Drake

Design, build, and paint your own derby car. Then, test your design against others in a series of races on our own derby car track!

Become a Master Artist!

Grade: 1st - 5th | Teacher: Ms. Lynn

A little Monet, Van Gogh, Cassatt! Walk tothe Nelson Atkins Art Museum throughout the week and visit famous works of art in real lifebefore coming back to the art room to create your own Impressionist artwork! Try painting,pastels, charcoal and more, working small and very large to create your own masterpieces!

Snapology: Movie Favorite

Grade: 2nd - 4th | Led by Snapology

From the roaring savannah of The Lion King® to the colorful, toe-tapping world of Trolls®, and the soaring adventures of How to Train Your Dragon®, this camp is pure movie magic! Campers will bring their favorite animated characters to LEGO® life, tackling exciting building challenges inspired by the worlds of Encanto® and beyond. With creativity, imagination, and a little STEAM magic, they’ll design, build, and bring their favorite movie moments to life—one brick at a time!

Polly Pocket World

Join Ms. Fisher as we create our very own Polly Pocket house. We will use our creativity to design a home, furniture, accessories, and of course, a special case to keep everything together. Let the fun begin!

Forrest Frank Dance Camp

Grade: K - 5th | Teacher: Ms. Allison

Get Ready to Move! This camp combins hip-hop dance, creative movement, games and crafts in a joyful envioroment for campers. Campers will build confidence, make friends and groove all week long!

Halloween in June

Grade: 1st - 3rd | Teacher: Ms. Lane

If Halloween is your favorite holiday, here is your chance to do it again! We will listen to Halloween music, read Halloween books, make Halloween treats, and end our week with a Trick or Treat trip around the school and a fun Halloween movie day!

St. Paul’s and the Olympians

Recreate the magic of Camp Half Blood in the safety of St. Paul’s! Learn about the Gods, Heroes, and Monsters that inspired the iconic series, participate in challenges and crafts, and play Capture the Flag.

Nurture Nature Camp

Grade: 1st - 4th | Teacher: Ms. Harper

Campers will connect with the outdoors through creative, hands-on projects inspired by nature. We’ll craft wind chimes, make bird feeders, create dried flower clay coasters, and explore ways to care for the world around us. This camp encourages creativity, mindfulness, and an appreciation for nature through art and discovery

The Wright Stuff

Grade: 1st - 5th | Led by Mad Science

From the earliest flying machines to the first rocket flights, this hands-on program will give children a bird’s eye view of the history and science of flight. Your child will build many different flying devices and explore the science of aerodynamics and flight with the help of Newton’s laws. Then we’re heading out of the atmosphere with a look at rockets and our galactic neighborhood!

Curious Kids Lab

Grade: 2nd - 4th | Teacher: Ms. Cassie

Through engaging science-themed picture books, campers will explore nature, experiments, and everyday science. Children will observe, test ideas, draw their findings, and learn how real scientists think and explore the world.

WEEK 4 (JUNE 22 - 26) 9 A.M. - 12 P.M. CAMPS

Dream House

Grade: Preschool - K | Teachers: Ms. Stephenson & Ms. Panzino

In this captivating camp, we will make our very own cardboard houses, create dream playgrounds, construct the coolest dream camper, and more! Using all repurposed materials, we will learn about printmaking, furniture making, collage and other techniques.

Wild West

Grade: PreK - K | Teacher: Ms. Lane

Spend a week in the Wild West! We will do cowboy and cowgirl games and activities, crafts, and reading stories around the campfire. Grab your horse and come on down!

Story Time Bakers

Grade: K - 2nd | Teacher: Ms. Mincher

Step into the playful world of Laura Numeroff’s beloved books at St. Paul’s! Each day, campers dive into favorite stories like If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, If You Give a Moose a Muffin, and If You Give a Dog a Donut—then bring the magic to life!It’s a week filled with imagination, giggles, storytelling, and delicious snacks—because if you give a kid a great book, who knows what wonderful things will happen next?

Racing to 1st Grade

Grade: Incoming St. Paul’s 1st Grade Students

Teacher: Ms. Waller

This camp is an introduction to the structure and atmosphere of first grade. Our activities will include language arts, math, technology, and hands-on science. This is a great way to transition to 1st grade. Admitted St. Paul’s students only.

Board Games

Grade: 1st - 5th | Teacher: Ms. Beilharz

Join Ms. B for board games that are anything but boring! We’ll play different board games in hope of discovering the ingredients of the perfect board game. Then we’ll design and build our own board game!

Minecraft

Grade: 1st - 5th | Teacher: Mr. Drake

Calling all crafters! Campers will bring Minecraft to real life, building objects from your favorite game to life in a new way! Build a torch lamp to brighten up your room, design the farm or fortress of your dreams, let your imagination go wild in this fun STEAM camp!

Calling all Clay Creators!

Grade: 2nd - 5th | Teacher: Ms. Lynn

Try many hand building techniques as well as wheel throwing to create functional and artistic pieces of ceramic art. We will do some pieces all together and some pieces will be free sculpt to create from your imagination! (Note: fired artwork to be picked up Friday July 10th)

Robot Wars

Grade: 3rd - 8th | Teacher: Ms. Bruns & Mr. Adam

Come to camp ready to compete! Each day we will begin with an engineering challenge and then move into building robots that can compete. We will use the VEX IQ robotics kits to make vehicles that can conquer a daily challenge. You and your robot will be challenged to race, shoot goals, and battle.

Community Connection

Grade: 5th - 8th | Teacher: Ms. Nash

Students will have an opportunity to come together and serve our community in many ways. Each day we will participate in a community service project, such as helping in a local food pantry, visiting an animal shelter to support homeless pets in the city, or working in a community garden. This is a chance for students to earn volunteer hours!

WEEK 4 (JUNE 22 - 26) 1 - 4

Space is the Place

Grade: K - 4th | Teacher: Mr. Drake

This camp will allow campers to participate in space projects, crafts, and team-building activities. Each day, campers will learn about astronauts and have space snacks!

Mining & Building

Grade: K - 5th | Led by Snapology

Hey gamers! Are you ready to travel all the way to The End with Snapology? In this adventurepacked camp, we’ll bring the world inspired by Minecraft® off the screen and into real life using LEGO® bricks. Kids will use their imagination to build their own worlds filled with mobs, animals, and awesome structures—and even create their very own character. It’s a day full of creativity, teamwork, and hands-on building fun!

Wild West

Grade: 1st - 3rd | Teacher: Ms. Lane

Spend a week in the Wild West! We will do cowboy and cowgirl games andactivities, crafts, and reading stories around the campfire. Grab your horse and come on down!

Once Upon a Rewrite

Grade: 2nd - 4th | Teacher: Ms. Cassie

What if stories didn’t have to end the same way? Campers will read familiar tales and use imagination and creativity to rewrite endings, design characters, and become authors and illustrators.

The Maker Lab

Grade: 3rd - 8th | Teachers: Ms. Bruns & Mr. Adam

Students will get to openly create in the Makerspace. Ideas include projects with circuits and soldering, laser and cutting and so much more! We will also take a trip to Scraps KC to find materials to use in our creations!

KC Adventure Camp

Grade: 4th - 8th | Teacher: Ms. Waldrup

Get ready for a week of nonstop fun and exploration around Kansas City! Campers will head out to some of KC’s coolest spots—think arcades, race car tracks, and interactive game rooms—while building friendships and making unforgettable memories. Each day brings a new adventure filled with friendly competition, teamwork, and tons of laughs!

Snap Jr. Camp

Painting Like Picasso

This class will be all about making art using the bright colors, and painting techniques that the Master Artist Pablo Picasso used. We will work on canvas, cardboard and a few other materials and discuss his life and what inspired his famous works of Art throughout his life.

Boys Only Stayover

Board games, charades, stories, pillow forts, slime, and much much more! Enjoy a school sponsored daytime sleepover with your buddies!

Printmaking and More

Campers will learn traditional linocut techniques to create a series of finished prints and cards. Students will try other 2D media as well.

The Maker

Lab

Students will get to openly create in the Makerspace. Ideas include projects with circuits and soldering, laser and cutting and so much more! We will also take a trip to Scraps KC to find materials to use in our creations!

Clues, Crimes, and Culprits

Grade: 1st - 5th | Led by Mad Science

Oh NO! The Mad Science monkey is missing! Will you help us figure out where the monkey is? How he got out? And, what he is up to? Join the Mad Science crew as we gather the evidence from the crime scene, and take it back to the lab to analyze it. As the week goes on, we will use chemistry, forensic science, physics, and biology to solve the crime.

Legends & Lore

Step into a world of heroes, myths, and folktales. Campers will explore classic stories from different cultures while learning about courage, character, and storytelling through art and discussion.

Dancing through the Decades

Students will explore fun dance styles from different decades through. jazz and hip-hop movement, games and creative activities. It’s a high-energy week full of music and movement!

American Girl Doll

Grade: K - 3rd |

Explore history, friendship, and creativity through stories inspired by American Girl. Campers will enjoy hands-on crafts, games, and imaginative play while learning about different time periods, kindness, and teamwork!

Gamebot Robotics

Grade: 1st - 5th | Led by Snapology

In this game-filled LEGO® brick robotics class, young engineers will have a blast building ring toss games, launching catapults, shooting hoops with robot basketball, and even creating working game joysticks! Kids will build, code, and play their way through a robotics adventure!

Stop Motion Animation

Grade: 2nd - 6th | Teacher: Ms. Lynn

Do you like watching movies? How about creating your own! Try drawing, collaging and sculpting to create animated short movies! Work in a team or on your own to storyboard and film an animated short after practicing basic techniques!

Inventors & Imagination

Each day will focus on a different beloved children’s book. Activities include crafts, games, and storytelling sessions.

Intro to Photography Camp

Campers will explore the basics of photography such as composition, lighting, and perspective through hands-on activities. Students will practice shooting indoors and outdoors and create a mini photo collection!

CheckMate Chess Camp

The Kansas City Chess Club certified staff will show beginners through advanced students how to improve their game. Daily activities will include casual play, chess lessons, training exercises All levels welcome!

Sew Cool

Grab your bestie and come learn basic sewing techniques using a sewing machine. Make a skirt, top, headband and tote bag! You will be ready to hit the town in your new fashions.

Community Connection

Students will have an opportunity to come together and serve our community in many ways. Each day we will participate in a community service project, such as helping in a local food pantry, visiting an animal shelter to support homeless pets in the city, or working in a community garden. This is a great opportunity for students to earn community service hours and have fun at the same time.

Think, solve, and play! This camp is packed with logic games, puzzles, drawing challenges, and team activities that stretch thinking skills while keeping learning fun and engaging.

Perler Beads Creations

Grade: 1st - 5th |

In this camp, students will create a Perler bead art project of their choice each day! Other campers will get to visit the perler bead gallery at the end of the week.

NASA - Journey into Outer Space

Grade: 1st - 5th | Led by Mad Science

From our Earth’s atmosphere to the outer reaches of our solar system, this hands-on program for children ages 7-12 sends them on a quest for exploration! Comets, planets, stars and more are all waiting to be discovered. Learn about the four forces of flight, the challenges of space travel, and participate in a rocket launch!

Robot Wars

Grade: 3rd - 8th | Teacher: Ms. Bruns & Mr. Adam

Each day we will begin with an engineering challenge and then move into building robots that can compete. We will use the VEX IQ robotics kits to make vehicles that can conquer a daily challenge. You and your robot will be challenged to race, shoot goals, battle.

Wild Kratz

Join Ms. Fisher and the Krat brothers as we explore and learn about habitats, animals, and behaviors. We will have fun as we create themed crafts and go on our own scavenger hunt. Come join the adventure.

Baking Bread: Little Hands, Big Dough

In this cozy, hands-on camp, young bakers discover the magic of bread making! Children will mix, knead, shape, and bake simple breads while exploring how ingredients work together. Get ready for plenty of warm, delicious moments.

Sculpting Extravaganza

Grade: 1st - 5th | Teacher: Ms. Lynn

Wire, wood, plaster, paper mache! We will get messy creating small and large-scale threedimensional artworks! Wear your “get messy” clothes and bring your creative juices to this high activity workshop.

Pack your bags and explore the world! Campers will “travel” to different regions through stories, maps, art, and creative projects while learning about cultures, geography, and global community.

Study Smarter

Grade: 4th - 8th | Teacher: Ms. Waldrup

Get ready for the school year with confidence! Campers will learn fun, easy study and notetaking strategies, organization skills, and smart homework habits through games and hands-on activities. Students will leave with tools they can use right away in the classroom. We’ll end the week with a field trip to the Escape Game to celebrate their hard work and new skills!

GRADE LEVEL BREAKDOWN

Our specialty camps offer children from age 3 through 8th grade opportunities to explore their interests, create, cook, craft, tinker, and more. Students can always drop-in for Day Camp, but Specialty Camps require advance registration. Specialty camps run Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4 p.m. Lunch is served from 12 - 1 p.m. for any campers signed up for both AM and PM camp (Note: Half day campers can purchase lunch for an additional $7 fee per day).
