A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT AND CHAIR OF THE BOARD As we introduce our new strategic plan, Past, Present, Purpose: Shaping the future through Jesuit Education, we do so with a deep sense of gratitude and responsibility: gratitude for the generations of students, families, educators and benefactors who have shaped St. Paul’s High School into the thriving community it is today and responsibility to uphold our mission, strengthen our foundation and prepare for the future.

This strategic plan is a reflection of who we are and where we are going. It builds upon our Jesuit roots while addressing the realities of an ever-changing world.

It challenges us to strengthen our Jesuit Catholic identity, walk with Indigenous Peoples, ensure financial sustainability, and continually evolve our approach to education and formation. Each priority is rooted in the values that define us and the Ignatian tradition that calls us to serve.
