SIXTH YEAR GRADUATION AND PRIZE-GIVING 2023

On Thursday, 18th May we held our first full Prize-Giving Ceremony in more than three years. This was a very special event recognising our students’ Academic Excellence, Commitment to Studies, Merit Cup, Arts Award, Leadership Awards, Sporting Awards and Student of the Year to name but a few.

The following Wednesday, 24th May we marked the graduation of our Class of 2023. Our sixth year students and their families, our staff and Board of Management gathered in the school hall for a very special ceremony as we celebrated the hard work, commitment and dedication of our students. We were delighted to welcome Fr Michael Kilkenny to celebrate our Graduation Mass, which included a very moving Ceremony of Light. Mass was followed with an address from Ms Troy. DT and Holly, Head Girl and Deputy Head Girl, then brought everyone gathered on a journey through the past six years. This was followed with a handing over of the reins to our Incoming Head Girl and Deputy Head Girl, Bronagh Farrell and Shauna Fox.

Congratulations to our Class of 2022 and to all our award winners. Both our graduation and prize-giving committees deserve a huge thank you for two exceptionally well-organised and beautiful celebrations.
