A series of buildings dealing with the NYC alternative housing crisis. Each of the four buildings balances work and life in one space. In the lower levels, the researchers work on new building technologies, and above is where they live. The importance of the units is empathized by the sliding walls, through which the occupant can transform the use of their space.
