Whitewater is located at the Whitewater Putting Course on hole number one.

Ceremony chairs will be lined up on the patio and bride & groom will stand in front of hole number one with the waterfall as their backdrop. Event space will include lapel mic, speakers, and white garden chairs.

This is an absolute stunning location for a wedding. Our wedding was a fairytale come true! The landscaping and location is gorgeous. The staff working the event were professional and timely.

Travertine & Patio Travertine & Patio is located at the main hotel. The event space includes a private patio, which can be a great cocktail space dressed up with string lighting. The event space has large windows and two exit doors to the patio. Event space includes bar set-up, cocktail tables, round tables, and event chairs.Â

Slick Rock Falls Slick Rock Falls is located off Hi Sir S & Western Bit overlooking the Million Dollar Hole on Slick Rock Golf Course hole number 14. The ceremony is held on the deck overlooking the waterfall. Event space will include lapel mic, speakers, and white garden chairs.

Slick Rock Clubhouse Slick Rock Clubhouse is located at Slick Rock Golf Course. Inside the clubhouse there is a private event space for a reception. There are three TV's to display photos, along with a fireplace centered underneath. The furniture in this space is set and cannot be rearranged. Event space includes bar set-up, cocktail tables, round tables, and event chairs.

Wedding Day Management will include rehearsal coordination and seven hours of coordination on wedding day. Event Management will be onsite 2.5 to 3.5 hours prior to the ceremony and coordination will take place from ceremony through reception, with overseeing tear down for 30 minutes. Prior to wedding day we will detail the event with vendors beforehand, send detailed timeline to vendors a few weeks prior to the wedding day, and have a final detailing meeting with client over phone or zoom. Any additional design rentals or services will be handled directly with Eclipse.

Premier Entertainment- DJ The DJ will provide 4 hours of service assisting and playing the music for ceremony and reception. You will create a personal profile on the music app for song selection and organization. The DJ will also include DJ reception setup with sound system for cocktail and reception. A handheld wireless mic will be provided during the reception.

Client consultation meeting 90 days prior in person or via video conference. Any additional enhancements will be handled directly with DJ.

The next steps consist of a contract to lock in your event space and guest rooms. Once a contract is complete you will receive a Group Housing Manager to assist with your guest rooms and a Catering Event Manager. The Catering Event Manager assists with menu selections and layout. Don't forget your Catering Event Manager is not a wedding planner! We will assist with all wedding details the resort is providing. The resort highly recommends hiring an event planner to help Wedding Day go smoothly.
