Auto Positioning System, an operator assist feature available for very narrow aisle trucks, increases consistency and pick accuracy in very narrow aisle applications, boosting productivity by up to 25 per cent by taking a more effective route to the next pick position. Includes Auto Fence.
For low-level order picking applications, QuickPick Remote order picking technologies use wireless technology to remotely advance the truck. By reducing the number of times the operator gets on and off the truck, this operator assist feature helps promote safety, reduces operator fatigue and boosts productivity, saving up to five seconds per pick.

The proven and powerful diesel engine provides the right blend of power, torque, reliability and economy. Its cast iron construction offers durability and is designed for smooth, quiet operation. It also complies with the latest EU 5 exhaust emission regulations.
Confidence built in
The optional D4 Armrest offers easy, one-handed adjustment for up/down and fore/aft positioning, fitting nearly any operator for all-day comfort. It can be used with manual levers or one of four integrated controls: Fingertip, Dual-Lever, Mini-Lever or Combination.

Rider Reach Trucks are typically used in narrow aisle applications where high storage density and material handling productivity are essential.
The mast portfolio
The ESR 1200 Series is available with three different mast designs: heavy duty, super duty and super duty +.
The mast enables better visibility at height due to an angled cross beam design. All three versions have been designed by Crown to resist flexing which reduces swaying at height and mast vibrations.

Xpress Lower
The optional Xpress Lower feature increases lowering speeds so the operator spends less time waiting for the load to lower and more time moving pallets.
Energised savings
Regenerative lowering, included with Xpress Lower, recaptures energy as the mast is lowered and returns it to the system for a significant runtime advantage.

Operators can work comfortably at temperatures as low as -30°C in the ESR Series’ climate-controlled cabin. Along with a rugged steel structure, it features durable sealing treatments for electrical connections and thermostatically controlled heaters for critical electrical components.

Visibility is vital for ensuring safety and productivity. The Crown SP Series high-level order pickers provide operators with unprecedented views – both on the ground and at height.
Visiblity starts with the combination of a Crowndesigned platform and clear-view mast. When the platform is elevated, the large upper window provides a wide-angle view of pedestrians, objects and other equipment. When the platform is elevated and travelling in a power unit-first direction, the industryexclusive middle operator window – centred between the lift truck’s controls – enables unobstructed views of the floor below.
