THE ADVENTURES OF the Bee Sina

"Rise and shine, you sleepyheads! Get up, today we’re flying to that big field full of bright yellow flowers," Sina shouts, waking her friends Susi and Sandra early in the morning.
The sun is already brightening the sky with the promise of a beautiful spring day.
"Come on, don’t be lazy!", Sina calls out as she hurriedly flies out of her rooftop home, the beehive on the top of the ARCOTEL Hotel. "Hold your horses, we’re coming, " Susi and Sandra yawn a little grumpily, because it’s still soooo early in the morning and their wings don’t really want to start up yet in the cool air.
The three little bees make their way to the large, yellow rapeseed field.
"The yellow rapeseed flowers are always the first to bloom in the fields. And as we learned yesterday at bee school, they’re especially rich in nectar and pollen," Sina exclaims in mid-flight.
Sina flicks her wings and shoots towards the yellow field like a rocket. "Our teacher wasn’t exaggerating. It’s amazing how many flowers there are," Sina says full of enthusiasm.
On and on they fly, from one flower to the next, a real pollen paradise. The three friends eagerly gather as much nectar as they can. "The other bees are going to be amazed when we get home!"
In her exuberance, Sina leaps excitedly from flower to flower shouting, "This is fun! I’m not flying, I’m jumping!"
But then Sina accidentally shoots past a flower and falls far down onto the hard ground.
"Ouch, everything hurts," Sina moans.
"Hello, what’s happened to you?" A lumbering beetle discovers Sina lying among the clumps of earth. "Who are you? Please don’t hurt me," whispers Sina.
The beetle laughs and says in a low voice, " I’m Frederik, the dung beetle. I make sure that the soil is always fertilised so the plants can grow. Are you alone here in the rapeseed field?"
"No, my friends are up there by the flowers. But they can’t hear me," says Sina sadly.
Frederik thinks very hard. "I have an idea: climb onto my back and I’ll take you out of the field. Then your friends will be able to see us!" And off he goes, rolling his ball of dung ahead of him to the edge of the field.
"Okay, we’re here. Let’s see where your friends are buzzing about so they can get you home safely," says Frederik. "Hello, hello, here we are," he shouts as loudly as he can.
High above, Sandra suddenly says, " Did you hear that? There’s Sina! I can see her. Hooray, we’ve found her!"
Sina is happy that Frederik took such good care of her.
The bees thank Frederik the dung beetle for his help and together they bring Sina home to the hive.
Back at the beehive on the ARCOTEL rooftop, Sina is treated for her injuries and is not allowed to leave the hive for a few days until she is fit again.
Sina, Susi and Sandra sit high above the city and gaze off into the distance. " I’ve discovered a really colourful flower meadow," Sina winks over at her friends. Susi and Sandra roll their eyes.
Oh no, not another adventure ...!
