7 Lorraine Drive is a 304 unit condo building which was completed in December 2003. Typical of modern condo construction, it has a 2-level underground parking deck below with a single access ramp.

The Challenge Problems with the access ramp waterproofing meant that water started to penetrate through the structure and into the level below. The Property Manager required a solution to repair the issues with the ramp while maintaining access to the parking stalls.

The StonDeck QD3 waterproofing, in combination with concrete repairs and StonDeck Membrane for crack treatment, were installed in a 1-day operation. The ramp was closed between 8:00am and 6:00pm, minimizing downtime and disruption.
