Halsall Engineers chose the StonDeck QD3 system because of its unique ability to be installed in a single day and trafficked just 2 hours after the application of the final coat. This minimized any inconvenience to the property management team and residents of the building.
The original membrane in this vital area of the condominium had started to fail, leading to potential issues with slip and trip hazards, concrete deterioration and microbiological contamination.
