Fast track your entry

trance queue on the day! Fast track entry tickets for the Christmas chased from the desk outside of the main entrance on Wednesday 4th & Thursday 5th December. On both days the desk will be open from 8.309am and 3.20-3.50pm. Fast track tickets will cost 50p per person, which is the same as the entry donation on the day (you just won’t have to wait!). We can accept payment using cash or card, but cash will certainly makes things quicker!

Tokens

You can also purchase tokens that can be used at the event, available in cups of £5 or £10. Tokens can be purchased at the presale or as you enter the fair on the day. Each token is worth 50p. The tokens can be used as payment for most things at the Fair, but can not be used to purchase anything from the external stall holders or from the Enterprise Stalls. There will be clear signage on the day indicating the payment methods accepted at each stall.

Santas Grotto

We are thrilled that Father Christmas has flown all the way from the North Pole to spend some time at our Christmas fair! Please go to www.ptaevents.co.uk/stokebishoppta to book your visit to see Santa.

Please ensure you book in advance and make sure to allow plenty of time on the day to get to the grotto, as slots do normally sell out and we’d hate for anyone to be left disappointed.

Musical Performances

We are all excited to see and hear the wonderful musical performances that the children have been working so hard on!

The Recorder Club will be performing at 12pm Miss Lacey and the School Choir are performing at 12.30pm.

Please also visit the enterprise stalls to view the childrens amazing work and purchase your child’s handmade item! The enterprise stalls will only be accepting cash, so be sure to bring some change on the day!

Please note none of the Christmas Market or Enterprise Stalls accept tokens.

Tombola donation day is Friday 29th November! In exchange for a donation to the Tombola stand your child may come to school in non-uniform. Please have your child bring a giftable item to donate to the Tombola! This could be anything from a bottle of wine, chocolates, a toy, a good condition cuddly toy, a book, or anything else you think would make a good prize! Please feel welcome to send in more then one item if you are having a pre-Christmas clear out!

The tombola is always very popular, every other draw is a win and there will be hundreds of lovely prizes!

50p or 1 token a go (If paying with cash, the correct change would be very well appreciated!) for the childrens Tombola!

£1 or 2 tokens per go for the Adults Tombola!

Tombola Sweetie Jar Tombola

New for this year, have a go at the Sweetie Tombola! Just 50p or 1 token a go! Please find this stall in the Games Room.

Festive Games, Puppets & Crafts

A group of incredible Year 6 pupils will be running some fun festive games! Please stop by to enjoy lots of fun and have a chance to win some delicious sweets and cute cuddly toys.

Please pay with tokens or correct change in the games area.

New for this year, please come and have a go at making your own puppet and why not take a photo in our festive photo frame?! A donation pot will be present if you’d like to make a donation for any of these activities.

There will also be a quiet crafting corner, offering overwhelmed children (and parents!) a choice of colouring.

Christmas Raffle

Only £1 per ticket, £5 per strip, and we have been fortunate enough to have sourced some wonderful prizes! There will be tickets in book bags to sign and return, and more tickets available to buy at the fair. The prize draw will be done after the fair on the 7th December and the winners contacted soon afterwards!

Christmas Bake Off!

Create something festive with your children and join the competition! Either bake yourself or buy a cake and add your own festive decorations.

Mr Forrester & Mr Hunt will be our head judges, deciding which of your lovely festive treats wins

Best Bake Best decorated Most Festive. .

All bakes, treats and cakes will be cut and sold at the Christmas Fair. Winners will be announced in the main hall at approx 1:40pm.

Entries must be passed to the school office on Friday 6th December. Remember to put your na and class on your containers and list the ingredients. Strictly NO nuts please.

If competition is not your thing, we still need your baked goods! Please donate any homemad cakes, biscuits, cookies, etc for the cake sale on Friday 6th December

Ever popular, we ' re delighted to offer you premium Christmas Trees and wreaths available to preorder and collect! Please buy your Christmas Tree through us, as not only will you enjoy a beautiful tree, you can also bask in the knowledge that your purchase is helping to fund the PTA! Your tree is helping us enrich the Christmas experience across the whole school, creating lifelong memories for your children.

New this year! Located on the Hall, come and have a bounce within our flatable Snow Globe! £1.50 for 5 minutes, please pay in cash or tokens. of magic and come to play - snow machine to be turned on in the KS2 playground at 1pm!

A huge thank you to all the volunteers, to the teachers and school staff who have put so much effort into this event. We are so grateful to all the local businesses that have kindly donated raffle prizes and to the external stall holders for agreeing to exhibit. We would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone for coming to the fair and supporting the school.
