The Development will have a dedicated page constructed within the Stockworth web ecosystem. All digital advertising will direct consumers to this page for information, lead acquisition, and input into Stockworth’s follow-up system.
Stockworth will manage, maintain, and advertise the Development through social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Stockworth manages and maintains a database of potential buyers, investors, and members of the public who will be the recipients of targeted email campaigns.
Stockworth will advertise the Development through traditional web-based advertising portals to appear in search engines, syndicated web portals, etc.
The Development will be placed within Stockworth’s local MLS system. These listings will be advertised to brokers as well as syndicate to 100’s of additional web locations for advertising of the Development.
Stockworth will employ a licensed real estate associate to staff the Development on a full-time basis, pending facility availability.
