Community Fund Customer Panel

This is a small group of customers that make decisions on how the Community Fund is spent. The panel meet three to four times a year to review applications to the fund and agree which applications meet the criteria.

Complaints Appeals Panel

If a customer is unhappy with how a complaint has been dealt with by the relevant Officer or Service Manager, then a request can be made to have a complaint heard by an Appeal Panel. The Appeals Panel is made up of a Head of Service and two independent trained customers. Time commitment is flexible depending on the requirements of a complaint appeal.

Customer Monitoring Group

Meeting four times a year, this is a group of customers who ensure customers’ views about Stockport Homes’ services are shared with the Stockport Council’s Member Committee, who oversees Stockport Homes.
