A “JUST” CAUSE

BCCI became a Just Organization in 2014 upon the launch of the International Living Future Institutes’ (ILFI) social justice transparency platform. Just provides a framework to benchmark and build a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. It’s a valuable recruiting tool that can help improve morale and retention and build a stronger brand. The tool demands rigorous honesty and thoughtful selfreflection as the team discovers and discloses data that is integral to their success.

Showing Support

In recognition of Juneteenth, BCCI launched a fundraiser to lend support to organizations dedicated to civil rights, community development, and education and training initiatives. The organizations chosen by BCCI’s Social Justice Focus Group (SJFG) to benefit from the fundraiser were the Equal Justice Initiative, the East Oakland Collective, and Bridge the Gap College Prep. Over $5,000 was raised split evenly between the three organizations.

Support For Ukraine

Supporting communities in need has always been at our core, and we are proud of how the world has come together to help the Ukrainian people and push for peace. Offices across our organization, such as Structure Tone New Jersey and Structure Tone London, hosted events to raise money for humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.
