PILLAR 1:

Strong Leadership

In addition to the expertise, experience, and leadership of each executive within our family of companies, we rely on the oversight of our board of directors, which includes independent, outside directors, to help guide our organization and drive a culture of compliance at the highest level.

“A commitment to ESG means that what we do—as an organization, as leaders, as employees, and as members of the community—is on full display. Ensuring that our actual behavior aligns with our stated values requires a culture of integrity, and it’s the mission of STOBG Compliance to drive and promote that culture.”—Leah

SVP/Director of Ethics, Compliance & Audit

BETTER TOGETHER: COMPLIANCE LIAISON PROGRAM

The mission of STOBG’s compliance liaison program is to bring compliance and ethics closer to employees. Our liaisons serve as communication conduits between the Compliance & Ethics Department and our companies, actively promoting a “speak up” culture and bringing local knowledge to the design and function of our Compliance & Ethics program.

Ramos,
