The last few years have proven that it is incumbent on all of us—as individuals and as an organization—to take an active role in supporting and upholding social and environmental principles. We made tremendous strides in those efforts in the last year, and our 2023 Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Report highlights those commitments.

This year we shifted our report to better align with the “ESG” structure and standards that many global companies now use as a guide. From the day we started business, we have always considered it our responsibility to create a lasting and positive impact in our communities and on the environment. But now we are able to report on those commitments and activities more comprehensively through this ESG report.

We track our efforts as they relate to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. These globally acknowledged benchmarks have also helped us ensure we continue on a path that benefits our communities and the greater good.

While our commitment to doing the right thing will not waver, this report will continue to live and breathe as our organization grows, adopts new practices, and adapts to our changing world. We will always strive to be better, and we hope this report will continue to reflect that ongoing work.
