INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE SUBJECT SELECTIONS

Subject Selections should be completed online according to the following instructions:

Step 1

Students will receive an email end of Term 2 or early in Term 3, with a URL and unique web code to select subjects online. Note that the web code is different from previous years’ subject selections.

Step 2

Use the guidance provided on screen to enter the subject selections on the online from. Additional notes are given in the right-hand panel of the screen.

Step 3

The form must be printed and returned to Student Services with a parent signature by Friday 5 August 2022.
