St. John’s vision is to be Tampa Bay’s school of choice, teaching a dynamic K(4) - 8 curriculum in a stateof-the-art urban facility.

A ttain consistent , optimum enrollment with our first - choice students . a. Track and analyze data and statistics to determine the reasons for fluctuating enrollment and to create the optimum enrollment model for the future. b. Create a 5 year enrollment plan to achieve optimum enrollment while maintaining financial stability. c. Update our brand to bring it in alignment with our Mission and Vision. d. Create a comprehensive Marketing Plan to attract and retain top level, diverse students and faculty. e. In partnership with the SJE Parent Clubs, formulate a community involvement plan that furthers our service mission and projects the school’s image. f. Develop a retention program focused on building a sense of community, inclusiveness and support for the school. g. Leverage technology to create a sophisticated enrollment database, to provide real-time data to all functional areas and to consistently communicate our brand.

D esign and construct state - of - the - art facilities . a. Perform a feasability study to determine the funding landscape for the school. b. Conduct a facilities audit to determine our shortterm and long-term needs. c. Develop a comprehensive construction vision and design for the school. d. Run a Capital Campaign that funds the construction vision and that will support the future of SJE. e. Create a long-term security plan for the physical facility and for the school network.

a. Hire and retain a Head of School who embraces SJE’s Mission and Vision, and who has the skill set to execute the Strategic Plan. b. Offer an annual professional development program that instills enthusiam, promotes growth, and enables the retention of our best faculty. c. Ensure SJE’s ability to attract and retain top level talent by offering competitive employment packages. d. Develop a succession plan for teachers and administrators to ensure seamless transition and provide opportunities for career advancement. e. Perform annual evaluations of all staff with uncompromising standards for success and clear opportunities for development. f. Develop a mentoring program among the staff to encourage relationship building, facilitate goal attainment and cement retention.

a. Evaluate the viability of the current school business model and adopt all changes necessary to achieve long-term stability, to include the establishment of a competitive tuition strategy. b. Create a long-term development plan that will enable the school to achieve its Vision and to build a stable financial platform for the future. c. Partner with the SJE Parent Clubs to formulate a plan that will enhance, expand and sustain all currently successful Club-run fundraising programs. d. Develop a plan to grow non-tuition revenue. e. Develop and maintain a financial reporting model to enable accurate forecasting and budgeting. f. In partnership with Admissions, create a highly functional development database to track and analyze donor data, bring consistency to our fundraising efforts and facilitate communication with the SJE community.
