Shaping our Future: Project lead opportunities Confident, capable leaders focussed on positive youth development is one of the objectives in the new youth strategy. We have many tactics outlined to help us work toward achieving this goal; one of these is to offer episodic and project leadership opportunities. This helps to provide a way for people to volunteer in our youth programme when they may not be able to commit to a division every week or take on a role with a large time commitment. Therefore we are excited to offer the first of our project leadership opportunities. We encourage anyone who has an interest in the specific topic and are enthusiastic about achieving the outcomes outlined for the role.
