MERMAID MARINE OFFICES
As Australia’s largest marine services provider to the offshore oil and gas industry, Mermaid Marine Australia Ltd needed a larger premise to house their expanding organisation including their large staff and countless contractors. They decided to transform the old historic Endeavour Shed from a single corrugated waterside shed to a fully fitted workingenvironment.

INLITE SHOWROOM
Thisexistingwarehousehadn’tbeenusedforyears and was a deteriorating mess of maze-like corridors,illegalplumbinglines,andcountlessfloor levels. The current owners weren’t keen to lease the space and were holding for future development. Our client had a vision and felt this was the perfect space to create a lighting showroom that didn’t look like a retail showroom andwouldbeagreatspaceforparties.
