INTRODUCTION
Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination.
The system combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.
The training system features custom exercises using our Training Sticks as a tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, and body awareness to build a stronger foundation for better movement.
TRAINING SYSTEM
The exercises are based on the scientific principles of: Leverage and Stability, Feedback, Irradiation, Isometrics, and Coordination.
The training system combines three primary phases: - Joint Mobilization - Strength Training - Active Stretching
The system is based on the use of three Training Sticks.
There are specific exercises for two long sticks, single long, and short stick drills that allow you to work the entire body efficiently.

TRAINING STICKS
Our Training Sticks are designed for professional use in gyms, medical facilities, and sports fields.
They are flexible tools used to create leverage, stability, and body awareness. They provide kinesthetic and visual feedback to users and coaches.
Training Sticks are made in the USA from a custom blend of synthetic plastic. Our reinforced, durable end-grips are molded from silicone rubber to provide a secure grip in-hand and on the floor.
They are designed to achieve the unique flexibility and strength characteristics needed for the complete range of our exercises.

WORKSHOPS & CLASSES
Our certified coaches and founders run various 3-4 hour introductory and specialty workshops, and 1-hour workout classes.
From dedicated Stick Mobility sessions to integration with other training modalities, the program is used as a standalone system and as a complementary addition, often in active warm-ups, mobility drills, and post-exercise recovery.
We offer private workshops to professional and collegiate sports teams, gym chains and sports clubs, plus sport-specific workshops based around our Golf and Running programs.









GYM COLLABORATION: EQUINOX
Stick Mobility collaborated with Equinox Fitness Clubs to create a customized 30-minute class for Equinox members.
Called the “Best Stretch Ever” class and positioned as “an active regeneration class combining joint mobilization, strength training, and deep fascial stretching exercises to boost performance.”
The program launched its initial phase in 2019 with 2100 sticks at select Equinox clubs across the US.
We continue to coach Equinox’s trainers in the Stick Mobility principles through a series of in-house private workshops and 2-day certifications.

Our coaches work with professional athletes from many sports on an individual level as part of their overall training program.
