Stevens Transport has been training over the road (OTR) professional truck drivers since 1992 and proudly boasts one of the most thorough and safety-conscious training programs in the trucking industry. Stevens’ training program is designed to help drivers at any experience level achieve great financial success with the use of interactive training tools like driver simulators and on truck video instruction. At Stevens, drivers have access to the newest equipment, latest technology, and best support staff.

OTR TRAINING PHASE (240 HOUR DRIVING TIME)

» OTR with a senior trainer, driving in all five major regions of North America » Drive in different terrains, mountain ranges, and urban surroundings » 240 hour driving (Complete in five to six weeks) » Meticulous training of all functions operationally to succeed as a safe professional driver » Students and OTR trainees earn a weekly salary while in training » Bonus pay: load or unload freight, if you choose

GRADUATION PHASE - 90 DAYS

» You have completed the training program and you are assigned your own tractor, Driver Manager,

Graduation Counselor and begin driving solo earning mileage pay (average $1,200 per week) » Assigned a special Graduation Driver Manager to guide you through the first 90 days as a solo driver
