New Driver Advantages
Stevens Transport announced a new pay increase, November 16, 2020 raising the pay for drivers by as much as 14%, in our Over-the-road, dedicated, regional and team divisions. Our pay increase will also apply to our newest drivers as well. First year drivers pay increase of 14%, allows them to earn up to $60,000 in their first year out of school. Starting pay under the new compensation plan in the OTR division could be up to .54 cents per mile, depending on the level of experience. Drivers in the dedicated division can top out at .62 cents per mile depending on the division and experience level. Regional drivers earn up to .55 cents per mile under the new pay package and Teams in the expedited division can start out as high as .56 cents per mile.

Earn up to an additional $21,540 over and above Stevens pay through our Department of Labor & VA approved Apprenticeship Program.
MILES
Stevens drivers average more miles and are among the highest income earners in the industry! We are proud to offer the longest length of haul per load - averaging 1,200 miles per load or 2,600 to 3,000 miles per week.
