Users can book at a moment's notice, or schedule a ride for later, via smartphone app, desktop or with our hotel partner delegate portal.

This will enable the hotel to view and manage the guest’s transportation through the miRide delegate desktop application. This “tag” will also generate a commission tracking code.

The first commission will be payable directly to the booking agent of record. After that, all trips booked for that guest will create a commission for the hotel. Even if your guest leaves Miami and returns months later, the hotel will receive a commission on all activity indefinitely. We will incentivize the guest to download the miRide App by offering a discount for their next trip back to the hotel.

STEPS TO IMPLEMENTATION

MADE SIMPLE 7 STEP GUIDE Access - We will install the miRide delegate desktop version on your agent’s computers and set up training.

Accounting - When guests book, they will provide a credit card and we will bill them directly. If they choose to post it to the room, we can bill against a hotel credit card at completion of service. Invoice will be sent in real time to ensure all accounting processes are seamless and commissions will be paid monthly via direct wire transfer.

Accountability - We will monitor volume to ensure we have vehicles available for both on demand and pre-booked trips.

Assigned Personnel - We will provide a group and events coordinator to handle and all requests for this important segment of your business.

Alignment - We will use all necessary brand standard collateral and hotel standards in our vehicles and guest interactions to ensure an on brand experience every-time.

Agreement - We don’t feel that a traditional contract is necessary and are more focused on how best to leverage the robustness of the program to elevate the current service offerings at your property.
