Steve Edward Evans was accountable for all the financial and operational setup such as office/client P&L, balance sheet, and billing.
Besides, he enforced proper accounting rules, treatment, and business controls to protect financial health and operational integrity.
Steve managed the technology expense P&L globally which exceeded $1B for all business units in the firm.
These divisions were made up of Investment Banking, Private Client Services, Fixed Income, etc. reporting to the global Expense Director who reported to the CFO.
Steve Edward Evans handled human resources, IT, real estate, and operations.
He developed and directed the financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth and direction, and market opportunities.
Besides, he worked to maintain executive responsibility for controls and governance, financial operations, including the working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting.
Steve met with the procurement clients to review financial performance, negotiate fee, and seek the operational improvement.
