”Solo Area Project” covers a huge area with multiple projects in it. My role ranges from being the client liaison, design concepts, drafting towards the Residence Area School Museum
The residence area is dedicated mostly for elderly homes, which translates in an elderly-friendly design, integrated with open green space and a multipurpose hall.

My role on this project ranges from initial design sketches for the shophouses and commercial space and creating multiple iterations according to the client’s wants. Bintaro Icon is currently built with two apartment towers, with plans of expanding to shophouses at the front and a commercial space right above the existing parking space.
The most recent approved design was an open-air commercial space, organic with wood as one of its main accents and its massing.
The initial concept design was much more private, aiming for a luxurious & elegant commercial space.
A renovation project that is located in Pantai Indah Kapuk. My role ranges from being the client liaison, doing site visits and interior drafting.
