Residency was a fun and exciting time, but I was always on the go. Pre-rounding, rounding and visiting numerous patient rooms, nursing stations, attending noon conference, performing procedures, and evaluating patients in the emergency room encompassed my daily life as a resident. Keeping track of a stethoscope during such a day was a difficult task for me. Somehow, I lost my stethoscope six times despite having my name and phone number tagged on it. I tried the stethoscope holders on the market, but they did not work out for me so I decided to create one. I wanted to create a stethoscope holder where I can easily attach and detach my stethoscope with only one hand. I would like to introduce everyone to steth 'n go, your magnetic stethoscope holder.

Of the three, this stethoscope has the smallest tube diameter. The steel tube clip will fit just right for most, but for some the tube clip will need to be placed over the stem.
