Drawing, assembling, and reviewing permit and construction document sets for new construction of multi- and single-family residential buildings, as well as existing historic rehabilitation projects. Creating models and renders for use on marketing sheets for client reviews, SHPO, OHFA, or as informational materials for inhabitants on rehabilitation projects. Conducted site visits to measure, provide construction overviews, and investigate existing conditions. Assisted architects in schematic and design development phases and prepared permit and construction document drawing sets. Worked within residential, industrial, and commercial studios. Completed various categories of drawings in AutoCAD, models in SketchUp and Revit, and performed post-production image processing in Illustrator and Photoshop.
