In designing this project, I aimed to echo the spirit of Domino Park with buildings resembling stacked dominos, symbolizing the transition to Calle Ocho. The development features a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and green spaces, including multiple gardens within the Cascade tower for residents to enjoy. Street-level amenities like shops, a cafe, and a gallery promote vibrant community engagement.
