One World Cafe IAD Dulles International Airport 750 SF A new unique cafe concept that was meant to embrace people from all over the world and their cultures. Located in the center of the concourse, this cafe is very open on all sides and brings together guests from all directions. The cafe has a mixture of high tops/individual bar seating as well as areas of soft seating for that comfortable and intimate cafe/lounge vibe.

Pennsylvania Green Thumb Dispensary Jeannette, PA 4563 SF This project is an RFP for a medical marijuana dispensary with a doctor’s office attached. It is an existing building to be modified and renovated to accomodate for its new purpose. One of the major concerns in this project was being able to clearly understand all the security and circulation that happens within the space.
