I am a junior-year architecture student at Syracuse University. Architecture is all around us on a daily basis; it guides our emotions in a spatial sense, even in the most mundane ways. I am particularly drawn to the idea of blending the past with the future, creating spaces that honor heritage while incorporating modern needs and technologies. I believe architecture has the power to shape our experiences, not just visually, but emotionally and culturally, and I am passionate about designing environments that foster connection, creativity, and well-being.

Co-housing is distinctive to other housing; it intends to break the line of what is more typically known to be housing. The form in this project is shaped by carving out chunks to give back to the community. These also form the light wells that provide equal lighting on two sides of every residential unit.

This project is a research centre that is a crutch in the rewilding process and looks into the genetic changes once human interference is limited. The form stems from an exploration of controlled curves and what changes them and the different ways it interacts with the ground, and allowing animals to interact.

FASHION AND ARCHITECTUR: impermanent permanancy

This project is a fashion school in Calabar Nigeria where it allows a public market to nestle within the school, allowing product exchange between the school and the greater community. The main monumental aspect is the tower where it is made of a scaffolding system - a typology found in Nigeria - to allow for a market to penetrate the fashion school The solid masses throughout the project defines where the private programming is as well as creating outdoor sheltered space tailored to the climate condition of Nigeria. The climate is also battled through a screening system, where solid walls create sheltering for wint and sune and the water collected from rain allow for passive cooling in main gathering spaces.
