Safety Measures When Working With Electrical Machines When operating with electrical machines, the operator or user must first be careful to avoid accidents. Based on the experience of many experts, some rules and regulations have been established for the handling of electrical appliances. In industry, a request for an electrical accident is usually requested. Items that carry electricity must be adequately insulated. The aging of the insulation resistance capacity and should not be allowed to lose current. Switching contacts and contact points should be periodically checked for sparks and heating points.

Important preventive measures to avoid electrical accidents: 1. All metal parts, accessible from the outside, must always be connected to the ground. 2. Flammable materials should not be kept near electrical appliances, electrical cables or electrical control panels. 3. Electrical safety devices such as a fuse, circuit breakers and excessive tripping should always be used where necessary. 4. All defective and worn electrical accessories must be replaced in a timely manner. 5. Non-trained persons should not be allowed to repair electrical faults in a machine or device. 6. Safety belts, hard hat, rubber gloves, rubber soled boots, and other safety items must be used by an electrician while repairing, operating, or working with high voltage. These devices must have all the electrical mechanics. 7. The overload of an electrical circuit must be avoided. 8. Electrical appliances when not in use for a long time should be disconnected from the main power source.
