A Family Story from the Heart of Crete (with Extra Virgin Soul)
Hello from sunny Crete! We’re Stelios and Olga, the duo behind Stelman Trade Ltd and if you’ve ever wondered who’s behind that delicious “Cretan Treasure” extra virgin olive oil, well… it’s us. Along with Elina, our right hand (and left, and heart), who’s been with us from almost the very beginning. She’s not just a team member she’s family.
Our story starts three generations ago, when our grandparents lovingly tended olive trees under the Cretan sun. They didn’t have machines or marketing plans just hands in the soil, a deep respect for nature, and a passion for good food. That spirit lives on in everything we do.
We may be a small company, but we’ve got a big heart and some pretty great olive oil, too. In 2013, we were humbled (and super excited!) to win the National Award for Best Small-Sized Export Company. We might’ve done a little happy dance. Maybe more than a little.
Our Vision We believe the world could use more real flavor, more honest food, and a little taste of the Mediterranean way of life.
Our dream? That when you pour a little of our olive oil on your salad or bread, you get a glimpse of Crete its sunshine, its soul, and its love for good, simple food. We’re here to bottle that feeling and send it to your kitchen.

Our small team is like a family everyone works closely together, bringing their own strengths and ideas to the table. From walking the olive groves to packing the bottles with care, everything we do is personal. We believe that when you love what you do, it shows and we truly love what we do. Our Beliefs
