After completing her Bachelor’s course in Business Administration, Kayla Yvette Womack started pursuing Master’s in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. On passing the post graduate course with flying colors, she began her professional career as a staff accountant. While working as a staff accountant, she made consistent efforts to perform well in all the tasks that were given to her.
She worked dedicatedly and fulfilled her roles and responsibilities diligently. Due to her sincerity, determination, and excellent skills, she was promoted to the position of senior staff accountant. After this, she joined another company in Atlanta, GA as a Staff Accountant. After working with this company for two years, she was appointed as an Accounting Manager by a reputed company in the region.
Kayla Yvette Womack – A Senior Accountant Presently, she is working as a Senior Accountant who is responsible for completing all Intercompany Transactions for seven entities within the organization; streamlining new procedures including automation of current processes, implementation of proper month-end closing procedures and analysis; completing all month-end procedures including Journal Entries, 50+ Reconciliations, Expense Analysis, Accrual Analysis; resolving tax issues in regards to Sales Tax, Franchise Tax, Corporate Tax, and Property Tax as well as files returns; aiding in revamping the current budget system and accrual methods; implementing a tax tracker system in order to maintain compliance with all states in which the company operates; and completing all Adhoc requests for management in regards to but not limited to budget, financial statement review, and contract analysis.
An Active Supporter Of Susan G. Komen Besides her professional pursuits, Kayla Yvette Womack likes to involve herself in painting, building puzzles, playing with her dogs, and more. She also exercises regularly in order to stay fit, fine, and healthy. Along with this, she also contributes towards to welfare of the society and to achieve this purpose, she supports Susan G. Komen, a leading organization that raises funds for research on breast cancer and helps find cures for the fatal disease.
Kayla Yvette Womack is an active member of a group named The Boobie Bunch, a group of four girls that has been raising funds for the movement.
