OUR FOUNDER’S STORY

Meet our founder, Josh Wilbur, a loyal coffee enthusiast who, tired of schlepping his coffee-making gear across the country to his in-laws’, decided it was time for a change. Making a good cup of coffee shouldn’t be this complicated, he thought.

In the midst of navigating a sea of plastic-laden single-serve coffee choices, Josh Wilbur sought a more convenient and ecofriendly approach. This drive led him to create an ingenious brewing method seamlessly blending the ease of tea-making with the experience of specialty coffee. The result? A quality cup that satisfies the palate, devoid of the hassles of unwieldy equipment and wasteful plastics.

HOW TO BREW

Great Coffee Always At Your Fingertips

1. POUR

Place your chosen Steeped roast in your favorite mug and gently saturate the bag with 8 oz of 205° F water.

2. DUNK

Fully immerse your Steeped bag in the water and gently raise and dunk the bag for 30 - 45 seconds.

3. BREW

Allow Steeped’s innovative filter to work its magic for 5+ minutes, yielding the perfect cup of coffee.

Our signature go-to blend of big chocolate forward to impress the everyday or occasional coffee drinker. Balanced with subtle notes of citrus and nuts. Roasted just into the dark level.

STEADY DECAF MEDIUM- DARK ROAST

Brazilian & Colombian blend coffee that is the perfect choice for decaf drinkers who want a full-bodied, flavorful cup of coffee without the caffeine. This nutty and sweet single-origin uses a Swiss Water decertification method.

Smith Tea’s sachets are created from a plant-based material that is 100% commercially compostable and uses the same full leaf quality tea as their loose blends. This makes it a sachet with serious cachet.

Rare green teas from China combined with aromatic spearmint grown in the Pacific Northwest and a hint of lemon myrtle from Australia. Fez artfully evokes old Morocco, and tastes best when shared with friends while lounging on pillows.

SPRING GREENS GREEN TEA

Your perfect go-to green for everyday enjoyment, this spring-harvested Mao Feng tea from Zhejiang has a slightly sweet, vegetal aroma with a lingering fresh aftertaste. Peaceful, refreshing, and rejuvenating, it’s naturally rich in antioxidants and organically delicious.

BRITISH BRUNCH BLACK TEA

The perfect breakfast tea, but sophisticated and delicious any time of day as well. A rich blend of fullbodied Indian Assam teas paired with succulent Ceylon Dimbula, intense and floral Ceylon Uva and a touch of smoky China Keemun from Anhui.

LORD BERGAMONT BLACK TEA

A flavor somewhat superior to traditional Earl Grey. Fragrant Ceylon Dimbula and Uva are artfully combined with select teas from India’s Assam valley, then scented with the flavor of bergamot from the realm of Reggio Calabria, Italy.

MEADOW HERBAL INFUSION

A caffeine-free blend of golden Egyptian chamomile flowers and mildly stimulating, hyssop joined with smooth Cape rooibos, rose petals and linden flowers. You may need a sun hat.

PEPPERMINT LEAVES HERBAL INFUSION

It’s no secret that the world’s best peppermint comes from the Pacific Northwest. Gently hand-screened for perfect leaf size, it infuses a full, creamy flavor with distinct chocolate notes and an intense finish. A great after dinner treat or midday breath freshener. Caffeine free.
