Warranties covering structural or manufacturing faults arevalid subject to the following: Products have been used solely for theintended use, products have not been altered. Warranties do not cover general wear and tear products that have been subject to mis-use, products that have been damaged by a third party.
n the event that Stebul Furniture feel that a warranty claim falls outside of thewarranty terms, StebulFurniture reserves therightto refuserepairor replacement.
Stebul Furniture reserve theright to attempt to repair products beforereplacing.
n any case, Stebul Furniture Ltd shall not be liable for any loss incurred by the distributor or customer relatingto warranty claims. Stebu Furniture Ltd wil not be liablewhatsoever for any consequential damage, loss or other expenses whether arising out of contact, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise.
DELIVERIES:
Standard delivery is free of charge for orderswith a net value of £1000.00 or moretailgate, Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Orders with a net value of less than £1000.00 wi lincur a delivery charge of £250.00.
Our standard eadtimeis 3-6 weeks.
Our delivery and installation is PO.A.
We reserve theright toapplyadditionalcharges if vehiclerestrictions meanwehave to use additionalvehicles. Thepurchaserisresponsiblefor ensuring that thereis sufficient access for delivery prior to ordering. Products aremanufactured by Stebul Furniture to the requested dateon the purchase order. If delivery is delayed by thebuyer beyond that date, reasonable storage costs including insurance might be charged.
Extended delivery times may occur due to circumstances out of our control. In the event of a delayed/partial delivery, Stebul Furniture accept no liability for any loss or consequential costs.
Any damages should be reported to our customer service teamwithin 48 hours of delivery. Stebul Furniture may require additional information to be able to process a repair/replacement order.
PRODUCTS&PRICES:
Stebul Furniture reserve the right to discontinue products, alter specifications or change/remove finishes withoutnotice.
Our intention is to hold these prices and the distributors discount for as long as is practicableand give 30 days noticeof any changes, but Stebul Furniture havethe right to change prices at any timewithout notice.
