“In just one conversation, it was clear the level of expertise and passion Steadfast City possessed. Their knowledge extends not only to various incentive programs but also to the unique needs of YMCAs and manufacturing facilities. As an entrepreneur, it can be challenging to find a firm that truly understands your vision, but my workforce model aligned perfectly with Steadfast City’s mission and now we are poised for exponential growth.”

is maintenance , cleanup, and putting out fires. Every single day looks different. Every client is totally different. Every incentive is different.
The team secures the incentive , but there’s still six more years. We don’t get rid of the client and the client doesn’t get rid of us. It really is a partnership.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: CO-MO CONNECT
Co-Mo Connect is working to attract new business and industry investment to an industrial site in Windsor Place, Missouri, to create job opportunities and new development within the region. Steadfast City assessed the subject site and developed site marketing materials for the team that can inform prospects of the development opportunity at the site. Once this site analysis was complete, the Steadfast team developed a site-specific Target Industry Study to help the client understand what types of business and industry may fit well at the site and how to target these industries with proactive marketing efforts. In conjunction with Target Industry Study, Steadfast also developed a step-by-step Marketing Strategy with the goal of raising the profile of the site by guiding the team through proactive marketing tasks.
