Join us for our Halloween

Festivities

Our annual Halloween Costume Parade and Trick or Treat Celebrations will take place on Thursday, October 31st at 1:45. The students will parade and trick or treat around campus and families are encouraged to join us. This is the celebration and there will not be a separate classroom party.

Please click HERE to review the costume letter from Mr. Chick that was sent out this week.

Halloween Candy Needed

We are kindly asking families to contribute a bag of Halloween candy for the trick-or-treat stations. Please deliver the candy to the office by Thursday, October 24th.

Thank you very much as always for your ongoing support–we appreciate you!

End of 1st Quarter

It’s hard to believe that it is already almost the end of the first quarter. The official last day of the quarter is less than a week away on October 25th. Remember that K-8 will have early dismissal on 10/24 @ 11:30 for a teacher workday and Preschool-8th grade will not have school on 10/25 for the end of the quarter professional development.

Veterans MassNovember 6th

We will be having a special Mass to honor our veterans on Wednesday, November 6th, at 8:15. Remember that there will not be school on November 11th for Pre-8th Grade in honor of Veterans Day. If you are a veteran, please email office@stcolumbaschooldur ango.org so we can add you to our list. If you have a special veteran in your life, please also let the office know so we can sent them a personal invitation to honor them.

Parent/Teacher Conferences

We will be holding this year's fall parent/teacher conferences on November 1st. Please remember that school will not be in session that day to give our teacher's a chance to meet with all families. It is an expectation that all families attend fall conferences with their student's homeroom teacher, and a time will be assigned to all of those that don't sign up. We ask that you sign up before October 29th please.
