EMPOWERING WOMEN LEADERS
Katie Leadership Impact (KLI) is a comprehensive program that provides opportunities for students to develop and harness their full potential as leaders through coursework, immersive experiences, internships, scholarships, and complementary events, including a leadership speaker series and summer camp.
KLI students graduate with a compelling resume, extensive experience, and a strong network, providing a solid foundation to lead and influence wherever their career might take them.

KLI awards scholarships to first-year College for Women and College for Adults students who demonstrate a commitment to achieving their full potential as leaders.
KLI BUSINESS SUMMER CAMP
Each summer, rising 11th and 12th grade students can participate in a weeklong leadership camp that allows them to explore the world of business and experience life at St. Kate’s.
WOMEN OF COLOR LEADERSHIP SERIES
The Women of Color Leadership Series brings high-profile speakers to campus to share their stories, talents and insights, and connecting students with role models who embody the promise of meaningful global change.
