Psychology is an exciting field to study because the skills and knowledge you gain can be applied to almost any career and industry you can imagine. At St. Catherine University, you will not only study theory in the classroom, but you will be immersed in interesting and timely topics through collaborative research projects with faculty and peers. Our program empowers students to explore the intricacies of human behavior and make a positive impact on individuals and their communities.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

• Understand physiological, emotional, cognitive, and social determinants of behavior

• Design, conduct, and interpret psychological research and data

• Apply psychological theories and concepts to current personal, social, and political issues

• Tolerate and respect others’ points of view

• Develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2-in-1: Dual-Degree Programs Available

St. Kate's offers psychology students the opportunity to apply their liberal arts education to our unique 3+ dual-degree programs in four areas: Master of Public Health, Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy, Doctor of Occupational Therapy-Entry Level, and Doctor of Physical Therapy. The dual-degree program allows students to complete their bachelor's degree in psychology while pursuing a graduate degree in one of these specific fields.
