Construction Updates

As Spring’s warmth begins to embrace the GTA, ongoing construction flourishes in our eight developing communities. Read below for the latest updates!

BEA Towns – Barrie

We are excited to announce that site clearing at BEA Towns in Barrie is complete!

The project is now ready for earthworks and servicing to commence once all planning approvals are finalized. After that, work will begin on installing all community roads prior to construction starting.

High Crown Estates – King City

Construction at High Crown Estates continues to move forward with framing well underway on all non firebreak blocks.

will commence shortly upon completion of framing with our first set of closings scheduled for early Fall 2023.

Installation

Hampton Heights – Barrie

It is an exciting time at Hampton Heights as we are well into construction with all foundations nearing completion this month. The community will continue to take shape with framing scheduled to begin in the next couple of weeks.

We look forward to completing construction and having our newest homeowners moved in towards the end of the 2023.

NAO Phase 1 – Markham

Site works are currently underway, with the project being cleared in preparation for earthworks and servicing to commence thereafter.

Once the site has been fully serviced, we will move onto installation of the community roads. Construction of the homes is currently scheduled to start in the latter part of this year.

NAO Phase 2 – Markham

Demolition of the existing structures on site at NAO Phase 2 has been completed.

Once site clearing of Phase 1 has been completed, we will start clearing Phase 2 in preparation for earthworks and servicing to commence later this year.

MiNU – Markham

The winter months at MiNU have been busy ones with earthworks and servicing finishing up and all community roads being installed.

We are excited to announce that construction of the homes is scheduled to start in this Spring. We will send out another notification to all homeowners once construction has commenced.

On The Mark – Markham

Construction continues to move ahead according to schedule. We anticipate the remaining eight blocks in Phase 1 to be completed and all homeowners moved into their new home in time to enjoy the summer months!

Long Hill Phase 2 – Richmond Hill

Construction at Long Hill Phase 2 is well underway. Foundations have been started and once they have been completed we will move on to framing these two magnificent detached homes.

Planning approvals for Phase 2 are currently in progress. Pending receipt of these approvals, we hope to be breaking ground on Phase 2 in early 2024.
