Berwick’s night of spooks By Jessica Anstice The Old Cheese Factory Berwick was turned into a spooky playground for Halloween on Wednesday 31 October. More than 7000 people from around the region joined in on the celebrations. Council received an overwhelming response to the event with a majority of patrons dressed up in their scariest costumes! A major highlight of the event was the trick or treat trail, which gave guests the chance to walk through a spooky site while collecting goodies along the way! The community also enjoyed the surprise flash mob. Other entertainment on the night included amusement rides, a disco, Halloween games, scary workshops, music entertainment and paranormal activity!
